1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Recycle Network Bangladesh ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Platform.

2. Description of Service

Recycle Network provides a digital marketplace connecting waste sellers (households), logistics riders, and recycling vendors/facilities across Bangladesh. The Platform facilitates waste collection, processing, and eco-credit rewards.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.

• We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Eco-Credits & Rewards

• Eco-Credits are earned through verified waste collections and platform activities.

• Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred outside the Platform.

• We reserve the right to adjust credit values and redemption rates.

5. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

• Submit fraudulent weight or material claims

• Manipulate the credit system

• Engage in any activity that disrupts Platform operations

• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose

6. Limitation of Liability

Recycle Network shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
